Do you have bulk pricing? Yes! We offer additional bulk discounts if you are wanting to purchase 5 or more cases (boxes) of an item (Qty. 100 or more). Please contact us to see if an additional discount as well as shipping can be arranged. admin@missiopublishing.com or call 253-222-8493.
What is your refund and return policy? Returns and refunds can be made within 30 days of purchase. Customer must email and request a return authorization prior to returning the products. Items must be returned in the same quantities they were ordered in (ie: if ordered as a box of 20, only full boxes will be eligible for return).
A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for all returns unless connected to damaged goods in shipping. All items must be in new condition, unused and undamaged for a full refund. Customers assume responsibility for shipping costs to ship returned books to Missio Publishing. Please use UPS or FedEx on all box returns. (Missio is not responsible for damages incurred during return shipping).
We will assume responsibility for the return, including shipping costs and restocking fees if the return is a result of our error.
Do you ship products internationally? YES! We now have two European sites and distribution options:
For orders shipping to the UK, please use missiopublishing.co.uk
For orders shipping to the EU, please use missiopublishing.eu
For all other countries, we ship using USPS and UPS from our US site and location, but due to the high cost of shipping internationally and the additional charges of customs and duty applied to the customer at delivery, we are always looking for Book Distributors outside of the US. Let us know if you have a connection in your country!
Missio Publishing is not responsible for duties and taxes on international shipping, and these fees are NOT typically applied during checkout. Please contact us if you are interested in becoming an international distributor.
Are the Primers available in digital formats? Due to copyright and reproduction standards, the Primers are not available via PDF or other digital formats. However, we are currently researching options for digital versions of the Primers that will be priced similarly to the print versions.
Can I buy Missio Publishing resources on Amazon.com? Yes, we have our resources for sale through Amazon. Due to Amazon fee structures, no Super Saver or Free shipping options are available at this time through Amazon.
